No words can tell you how thankful I am to your company and two of your workers: Joe and Alex. I work at Target and when I left the parking lot I realized I had a flat tire. I headed to University Ave hoping to find a station that could help me! This is Saturday night at 4:40pm. I drove into your lot and two guys were closing up shop and getting into the vehicles. I asked them if they could help me because I had a flat tire and was on my way to my son’s for an early Christmas celebration in Ramsey. Alex said they were closed but he would be happy to air up my tires for me. After they did, we could hear the air leaking out. He said he would call his boss and see if they could open up the shop to fix it for me. After the call, Alex fixed the tire. I was so very, very grateful to be able to get back on the road to have Christmas with my family. He even took the time to wash my van, and when I asked how much do I owe for the tire repair, he said "nothing…Merry Christmas!" Thanks a million again.
