I would like to take a moment of your time to say how much I enjoyed bringing my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle for service at your automotive center. My wife and I like the fact that Matt Litynski is telling us exactly what is wrong with our vehicles and gives a fair price on what the repair costs will be. It also has been a pleasure working with Matt; someone who I think truly cares about his customers and their concerns.
I live in Champlin, but I get my gas at your food and fuel because of Richard Howe. It is such a pleasure seeing such a friendly person every time I am in. He knows me by name and when my son is with me, he remembers my sons name. My son also also enjoys seeing richard and showing Richard his new toys. He knows my wife’s name sometimes when she stops is for gas. Brian, in a world where some people who are not very friendly, it is nice to see and do business with people who are very nice and friendly. You have great employees.

Yesterday I had an occasion, due to a nail in my tire, to stop by your establishment on my way home. I was greeted at the service counter by a very friendly and knowledgeable man named Jeff. I wanted to let you know what an outstanding employee you have in him. He was very courteous in answering all my questions as well as in doing the repair in a timely fashion. More important than this is he spoke very highly of you and your wife and all the work you did in putting together these buildings. Which by the way are beautiful. As a woman going into an auto shop, there is an innate distrust, but Jeff did a great job in making me feel comfortable as well as that your service station has the customers best interest at heart.
